We wish to provide you with high quality legal advice and client care in all respects. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to Martha Grekos or to the particular director who is in charge of the work. We have a complaints procedure, and if you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received please contact us in the first instance.
It is important to raise your questions or concerns with us as soon as possible.
If you remain dissatisfied with our level of service, or our handling of your complaint, or we have not resolved it to your satisfaction within eight weeks of your complaint to us, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint. The Legal Ombudsman is a free, impartial and independent service set up by the Government which deals with complaints about the service you have received. You must complain to the Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final response to your complaint from Martha Grekos or from the Company (provided the response specifically notifies you of your right to complain to the Ombudsman and of the six month time-limit). A complaint to the Ombudsman must also be made not more than six years after the act or omission complained about or not more than three years from the date when you should reasonably have known that there were grounds for complaint.
